my little brother is 9yrs old and my mom lets him sit in the passenger seat of the car(no type of safety seat). I'm 13 and i'm claustrophobic, yet she make me sit in the back seat when my little brother wants to sit in the front seat. First of all, this isnt even fair! Second of all, my brother is rude and insolent, and acts like he'sMR.Bigshot because he says he can sit in the passenger seat. So i want to know if there is any rule in GA against children(preferably under 12yrs old) sitting in the front seat. I want to show my mom this if there is one, so that i can sit in the passenger seat until im old enough to drive.
