Lupron-depot is a Category X drug. This means that there are KNOWN birth defects that it causes. You should wait until you have a period before you start trying to get pregnant. It should take about 6 weeks from the date of the last injection to get your period. When I was on it my doctor thoroughly counseled me and using condoms because he said "it is really bad to get pregnant while on lupron". Good luck to you. When the drug finally wears off you will feel so much better, at least I did. I hated that stuff.
